Careers by Design was founded in 2004 with a simple conviction: that meaningful career change happens when clear strategy meets genuine self-understanding. Over the years, our Connect Head & Heart™ method — grounded in HeartMath research — has guided thousands of people through transitions of every kind.
Today that work continues across North America, and here in the United States it’s led by Linda Faucheux from Boulder, Colorado.
