I am a Licenced Professional Counselor & a former psychotherapist who then made a career shift into career development.

My career trajectory led me to my most recent role as Director of Career Development Center at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. 

Now I serve clients one-on-one in-person or using video-conferencing technology.

My focus in career coaching is deeply influenced by my mindfulness meditation practice of 20 years, my graduate training in Contemplative Psychotherapy, my studies in Positive Psychology, Strengths-based counseling, and Solution Focused counseling.
